We collect information about you in a number of circumstances; when you make an enquiry or when you subscribe to the Club Lottie newsletter.
The information we collect may include your name, email address and mobile telephone number.
We also use aggregate information and statistics for the purpose of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop this website and our services.
Arklu Ltd provides www.lottie.com (the “website”).
We abide by the key rules and codes in the UK that apply to marketing to children online, particularly in the light of recent changes which extend the ambit of the rules to include online marketing. (ASA CAP Code 2011). We are also aware of the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
To make the lottie.com website safe and fun for children under the age of thirteen, we have adopted the following policies and practices.
Children can explore the website, view and print content, and play games without providing to us any “Personally Identifiable Information” (i.e., Information that can be used to identify or contact the child. Personally Identifiable Information includes information such as full name, home address, telephone number and e-mail address).
We do not condition children’s participation in online activities on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary for a child to engage in any particular activity.
The Club Lottie newsletter is for parents and guardians only. Subscribers are required to tick a box to state they are aged above sixteen (16).
